Mommy & Daddy found out that I am a GIRL at today's big doctor's appointment. . . . Yep, it's true. Ryan & I went today with much anticipation - we both couldn't stand it all weekend, we couldn't stop talking about our big day. We actually had a lot of fun at the appointment & were happy to learn the sex of Baby Snare. Now, she can be called a "she" instead of "it." Once again, Ryan grabbed my hand during the ultrasound & tried his best not to break it from squeezing so hard. It's fun to watch him freak out - ha ha. Everything looks great though (heart, brain, kidneys) - its amazing to see it all. Once Ryan found out about his little princess (I reminded him that means two of me - ha ha), he already threatened the world of boys to come. Automatic protective mode over Daddy's Little Girl. And a few seconds later she had her ankles crossed . . . Ryan's comment? "She better keep 'em crossed." It was funny - we laughed & cried. So - time to start planning the nursery - pink, pink & more pink. I can't wait to do "girly" things with her! Half way there - 20 weeks out of the 40 are behind us!
