The Nursery

The nursery is a work in progress but we are getting closer! Ryan and I have spent the past couple of nights painting and getting it ready - its been a lot of work but fun too!!! Since I am not allowed to be around paint fumes, I only get to help with the taping part and he gets to paint but we are getting close. Why exactly did we decide to do pink stripes on the walls? Ha Ha. Oh my goodness, its taking forever and a lot of work to get the walls taped so it can be painted. I was covered in blue chalk from the chalk line we used - I looked like a smurf last night. Ha Ha. Anyway, the bedding came in today that I ordered and its adorable. I am registered at Polka Tot Designs.com for the bedding and they are fabulous people to work with if you ever want to get something made. And Mariah's furniture should arrive tonight. I will post nursery photos soon so be sure to watch for them. Everything is coming together. Just wanted to update you on the nursery - she will arrive in less than 3 months now so we have to get everything ready! This weekend is my first shower and I cannot wait!!!
